The Irish weight loss system Limbo was presented to me by my editor, Ben Haugh, while I was on a train in the most unhealthy country in the world, Scotland. My stand-up comedy tour was heading to Glasgow, or “Belfast light” as my friend likes to call it. Moments before I picked up the phone I had been looking forward to eating a couple of battered Mars bars in my favourite Glasgow greasy cesspit restaurant.
