Faced with endemic sexism and gaslighting from dentists and pharmacists, it takes enormous courage for women in Ireland to stop suffering in silence

I loved her smile as it was, but her teeth were making her miserable, so why not install a metal appliance to make the misery worse for two more years? At least then the misery would be over.

It doesn’t matter if it’s losing weight, running a marathon, watching Game of Thrones or changing your phone: when your partner decides to do something, you do it too. Their decision is your decision also.
