Irish architects Eimear Hanratty and Hugh Queenan instantly fell for the generous proportions and large sash windows of this Finsbury Park flat when they first viewed it back in 2014.

“We could see potential reconfigurations of the layout that would work for us,” recalls Eimear. “You can change lots internally but it would have been very difficult to change a window opening, so that was important to us.”
