In a week of troubling pains and panes, when absolutely nothing seems to be going right, precious time out comes from the strangest of places

I have had a trying fortnight of sick children, water dripping from our ceiling, work deadlines that sail by like the Ellen Austin on its way to the Bermuda Triangle and myriad of other stresses that I won’t go into for fear of having a heart attack before completing this first paragraph and thus being late submitting yet another piece of work.
