Dick O’Riordan: Hallé tops a NCH series full of class and common sense

The National Concert Hall has overcome many obstacles to present its 2022 International Concert Series. For visiting British orchestras and musicians it is an exceptionally difficult time, with the sort of messy procedures and expenses that Brexit has imposed on them.
