The National Concert Hall (NCH) has chosen its hero for the coming season – Europe. Maybe it’s all the free airspace that Vladimir Putin has been getting recently for his alleged love of Russian art and music (and even religion) that has sparked a resounding counter-offensive by the powers that be at Earlsfort Terrace.
