Tapes boost traffic to Indo site

The Irish Independent's website, Independent.ie, saw traffic increase four-fold last week due to the Anglo tapes story. The story has resulted in 1.4 million page impressions on the site and attracted readers from all over the world.

Editor-in-chief of the Irish Independent, Herald and Sunday Independent, Stephen Rae, said that video views on the website went from 30,000 on a normal day to 130,000 on average last week.
