Stockbroking: High Court to rule on Bloxham's Iseq membership

The High Court will rule this week whether the Irish Stock Exchange's decision to revoke the membership of failed stockbroker Bloxham can be challenged by judicial review.

The High Court will rule this week whether the Irish Stock Exchange's decision to revoke the membership of failed stockbroker Bloxham can be challenged by judicial review.

Bloxham went into liquidation in the summer of 2012 owing €14 million, including €8.5 million to National Irish Bank and more than €2 million to the Revenue Commissioners. Last December, the Irish Stock Exchange cancelled Bloxham's membership.
