State and unions set for clash on jobs outsourcing

The government is set for a battle with unions over plans to outsource public sector jobs to the private sector.

The Sunday Business Post has learned that several projects are in the pipeline following a briefing to cabinet by Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin last week.
