RTE's talent show is international Hit

RTE's new talent show The Hit has been the subject of a bidding war in Russia and has also been bought by networks in Australia, Germany and several other countries.

The programme, which has only been aired in a pilot format so far, is one of a growing number of series developed by RTE which are finding international success.
