Rhodes to open Dublin restaurant
Celebrity chef Gary Rhodes will open a 250-seater restaurant in Dublin this week.
Rhodes D7 on Capel Street in Dublin will open to the public on Saturday.
Michael Diskin, general manager of the restaurant, said he and Dublin property developer Sean Kelly’s Benton Property Holding Group approached Rhodes last year. ‘‘We were delighted when he agreed to the project,” Diskin said. ‘‘He is very involved.”
