Millrace apartments and houses released for sale

Hooke & MacDonald is handling the sale of 30 three and four-bedroom houses and two and three-bedroom apartments and duplex units at Millrace, a €100 million development just off the N7 at Saggart, Co Dublin.

More than 150 houses and apartments have been sold to date in this scheme, which will incorporate 325 dwellings when completed next year. The units will be built around courtyards, streets and crescents overlooking open landscaped spaces.
