Michael Murray: Unfair to bash banks over ‘failure’ to lend to SMEs

The banking industry across the Anglo Saxon world has deserved 90 per cent of the criticism that has been levelled at it over the past five years.

But on one topic the criticism that has been levelled at the Irish banks - their failure' to lend to the SME sector - has been unfair.
