For the second consecutive month, estate agents, in Dublin and nationwide, are experiencing a slight slow-down in open viewings and calls from interested buyers. One office I spoke with last week in Co Wicklow has decided to abandon the weekend open viewings in favour of viewings by appointment, as the former attracts “too many time-wasters”.
