Matthew Farrell, the owner of the Diep restaurant group in Dublin, has said that he plans to expand the business, open new outlets and launch a wholesale ingredients business.

Farrell said that the group was ‘‘changing and adapting’’ to the economic climate, and saw opportunities for cheaper meal deals and an expanded take-away business.
