New research by Sage Ireland has found that 60 per cent of Irish businesses are not aware of the National Payments Plan (NPP). The NPP is a government initiative which aims to make savings of Euro 1 billion annually to the Irish economy by increasing the use of electronic forms of payment, such as debit cards and electronic banking.
