Cadillacs on the up in Europe

US car manufacturer General Motors is set to increase the presence of its upmarket Cadillac brand in Europe, with the introduction of a new BLS model. Thanks to GM's ownership of Saab, the Cadillac model is closely related to the latest 9-3 and uses that car's platform, suspension and running gear.
