Thirteen years after the Good Friday Agreement, the time came last week for Queen Elizabeth II’s state visit.

She is 59 years on the throne and a model constitutional monarch, but even at 85 and 89 years of age, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip were able to carry out a full round of official engagements.
