Colliers Jackson-Stops is seeking more than €3 million for Anglesea House, an office building in the centre of Blackrock in south Dublin with potential for redevelopment.

The building occupies a 0.17 acre site at the corner of Carysfort Avenue and Anglesea Avenue. It currently has 620 square metres of office space. The original building was built in 1820 and extended in the 1980s. There are 14 car parking spaces.
