Almost Euro 2 billion in commercial deals
Market maintains momentum despite departure of bargain hunters.
As much as Euro 1.9 billion worth of commercial property is expected to change hands this year and the value of deals next year could top Euro 2 billion. That's a huge increase on the Euro 557 million and Euro 192 million recorded in 2012 and 2011 respectively.
