A failure that cries for justice to be served

Last Sunday's Liam Lawlor stories were an outrageous professional failure on the part of certain newspapers to commit to accuracy or to ethics. The papers that published the groundless Lawlor allegations fell back to blaming what they called “Moscow police sources'‘.
