Your guide to December’s most coveted luxury launches and collaborations

B-corp certified Parisian label Sézane has tapped the former editor of New York-based magazine InStyle, Laura Brown, for a 25-piece capsule edit

The designer fix

Jordyn Woods wearing Colin Horgan

Kerry designer Colin Horgan is returning to Dublin for a second pop-up run this weekend, following his successful pop-up debut in August. Taking over the luxury five-star hair salon New Hair Order on 26 South William Street, Dublin 2, on December 10 to 11, Horgan will be showcasing and selling a selection of his pieces that each speak to his fitted tailoring and sculptural, utilitarian approach to outerwear. A graduate of Royal College of Art in London (and a regular of the London Fashion Week calendar), Horgan’s designs have been worn by Dua Lipa, Lady Gaga, Rita Ora and Jordyn Woods. Where browsing designer collections IRL can be a rarity, this is a prime opportunity to meet one of Ireland’s most promising designers. colin-horgan.com

Gallic ways

Corduroy oversized brown jacket, €145

B-corp certified Parisian label Sézane has tapped the former editor of New York-based magazine Instyle, Laura Brown, for a capsule edit that combines the best of Sézane’s easy-breezy French girl style with Brown’s penchant for playful yet effortless design. The 25-piece collection encompasses velvet separates, silk and cotton blouses, print-laden coats, skirts, and sweater vests. Entitled ‘French Enough’, the collection taps into the certain elusive je ne sais quoi element of Gallic style that, in this collection, seems slightly more attainable. sezane.com

Footwear notes

Dr Martens x Ganni Jadon boots, €279

Cult Danish brand Ganni hasn’t missed a beat with its covetable collaborations in recent times – see its drop with New Balance, Barbour, and Levi’s for reference – and its latest partnership with Dr Martens is little different. In celebration of the Dr Martens’ Jadon boots turning 10 this year, the pair have designed a limited-edition run of the style which incorporates Ganni’s signature butterfly logo and dual branding. The boot is remastered in a blend of recycled and leather-free materials complete with Dr Martens classic yellow welt stitching. If previous Ganni collaborations are anything to go by, our advice is to act quick. drmartens.com

Polished gold dash necklace,€1,500

The zeitgeist of Swedish jewellery brands All Blues has just extended its core collection to include a series of unisex earrings, necklaces, and a double ring in 925 sterling silver and 24ct gold vermeil. Having attracted considerable attention following its collaboration with New-York-based designer Peter Do for his spring-summer 2023 collection, All Blues has garnered a significant legion of fans since. And with pieces meticulously crafted by hand in small batches by local goldsmiths using a mix of traditional wax-casting and 3D-printing methods, All Blues’ pieces are investments to feel good about. allblues.se
