The biggest winner from Taoiseach Simon Harris’ reshuffle last week was Peter Burke, who has taken over from Simon Coveney as minister for enterprise.
Originally trained as an accountant, Burke told the Business Post that he wanted to put a greater focus on domestic small- and medium-sized businesses.
