Last week saw the end of David Cameron’s six-year tenure as British prime minister. Like Tony Blair, his reputation will be permanently blighted by a single terrible miscalculation: in Cameron’s case, the foolhardy decision to instigate June 23rd’s disastrous Brexit referendum.
