The master of the National Maternity Hospital has warned that our legal system is hurting our health service
The behaviour of medical negligence solicitors is threatening open disclosure in the health service, according to the master of the National Maternity Hospital in Dublin.
Dr Rhona Mahony said the hospital had witnessed “various media outlets being used to propagate a range of misstatements in relation to clinical cases despite legal processes being in train”.
