If we want Scandi levels of entitlements then someone has to pay for it and it shouldn’t be small firms who can’t afford it

There’s been quite the list of progressive benefits implemented for workers in the last couple of years. The minimum wage has consistently gone up, increasing by a double-digit amount in January.
