Workhuman’s lawsuit against a private equity firm has been falsely depicted as “some form of conspiracy”, the High Court has heard.

Counsel for Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) and 9 other defendants said that allegations made by the Irish tech unicorn were “fully denied”.

“This is a commercial dispute that is being presented to you as some form of conspiracy,” barrister Alison Keirse told Mr Justice Denis McDonald this morning.

As reported by the Business Post, the dispute relates to what Workhuman alleges was a “conspiracy” to damage it through a “scheme of misrepresentation and intimidation”.
