Whiterock launches £75m equity fund for Northern Irish SMEs

Fund will make investments between £1 million and £5 million for minority shares in rapidly growing companies

Fund manager Whiterock has launched a £75 million (€87.4 million) equity fund to support rapidly scaling firms to the tune of between £1 million and £5 million each.

These funding rounds come in exchange for minority shareholdings in the companies, with capacity for “further follow on funding,” if required, according to Whiterock.
