There have been lots of studies into the correlation between quality sleep and good health and daily performance, often referred to as ‘beauty sleep’.

Commissioned by furniture retailer DFS, Irish sleep expert and founder of The Sleep Care Company, Anne Marie Boyhan, spent the summer conducting a survey of 1,000 Irish people to identify our sleep habits.
