JLL has brought a mixed-use investment opportunity to the market for sale at nos 24 and 25 Suffolk Street in Dublin 2. The agent is seeking €7.15 million for the pair.

The two buildings, which extend to four storeys over basement, include prime retail/F&B at ground floor level with offices above. Combined, both assets extend to about 1,652 square metres.
