State-backed ALX Oncology raises $63.2m in public offering

ALX Oncology, a Dublin and California-headquartered biotechnology company in which the State has a stake, has raised $63.2 million from a public offering.
The clinical-stage immuno-oncology company old 8,663,793 shares of common stock price $6.38 per share with proceeds from the offering to be used fund the continued clinical development of its lead candidate Evorpacept.
