Shopping centres around the country selling like hot cakes

Despite concerns about the effects of rising living costs on retail sales, private Irish investors are snapping up shopping centres around the country – with as many as nine selling over the last 12 months and generating more than €167 million.

A further three are close to being sold and four more were recently launched on the market.
