Seedrs receives Central Bank authorisation as an EU crowdfunding platform

Licence allows London private investment firm to offer its services across Europe via new Dublin HQ

Seedrs, a London-headquartered private investment platform, is to be authorised in Ireland under new EU regulations for crowdfunding providers.

The Central Bank has given its approval for the platform to operate across Europe via Dublin, where it has established its EU headquarters.

As well as Ireland, Seedrs will also focus initially on the Nordics, Iberia and the Netherlands.
