Ryanair has set a new passenger record for the second consecutive month.

The low cost airline carried 18.7 million passengers in July, up 11 per cent on the same month last year.

This airline previously set a new record in June, when it carried 17.4 million passengers up 9 per cent increase on June 2022.

The records were set despite the continued impact of aviation industrial action in Europe.
