Rodens win race for Windgates Stud
Windgates Stud in Kildare is “a character filled residential stud farm with equestrian facilities”, on "lands of outstanding quality”, extending to 53 acres, complete with a residence of 1,500 square foot and easy access to the M4 motorway.
At least, that’s what the sales brochure said when it was put up for sale last autumn after the death of its former owner, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum of Derrinstown Stud.
