Company is on the acquisition trail as it looks to become one of the biggest IT companies in Ireland and Britain
Nostra Technologies, the Irish IT services provider, has made its third acquisition to date this year, snapping up Dublin-based telecoms business Voice & Data Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
Founded by Sydney Harman in 2010, the company provide managed telecoms solutions to a wide range of clients across the SME and corporate sector.
The majority stake acquisition of Voice & Data Solutions brings Nostra’s total headcount to 280 people.
