New GoMo app to eliminate roaming fees for Irish tourists outside the EU

GoMo, the low-cost mobile operator owned by Eir, has launched an app aimed at eliminating roaming fees outside the EU.

The company said that by using its new GoMoWorld app will allow customers to avoid roaming charges by buying pre-paid data packages. The service will cover 160 countries worldwide, including the likes of the US, Australia and Vietnam.
