Morning Markets Wrap: Bank of Ireland enjoys boost while UK stocks rise with confidence on inflation

Shares in Bank of Ireland were up by 1.3 per cent in early trading on the Iseq on Wednesday morning. Glenveagh was the other big mover, up 2.2 per cent, in a relatively uneventful morning for the exchange.

Mincon, an engineering business, had the sharpest fall on the Iseq of 1.69 per cent while Smurfit Kappa was down just over 1 per cent.
