McVerry Trust blocked from disposing of assets without government approval

The Peter McVerry Trust will not be allowed dispose of properties and assets without government approval under the terms of a €15 million state bailout.

The government last week approved emergency funding for the organisation on an exceptional basis after it emerged earlier this summer that it had run into financial difficulties.
