Markets Wrap: ISEQ finishes week up 1.6% while FTSE also closes in the green
In the US, equities fell across the board, with the S&P 500 notching its worst day since April
Dublin's ISEQ finished Friday’s trading 1.6% (142 points) higher at the close of business, ending the day at 9,093.
Shares in Smurfit Kappa gained 3.8% (€1.36) to close at €37.55. Glanbia shares shed 15 cent (1.1%) to close at €14.15.
Of the main banks, AIB Group was up 3.3% to €2.26, Bank of Ireland was up 1.5% to €9.87 while Permanent TSB was down 0.9% to €2.20.
