Laya opens new €3 million walk-in clinic in Swords

Laya Healthcare has invested €3 million in a new health and wellbeing clinic in Swords in north Co Dublin. The facility has the capacity to treat 30,000 patients annually and will create 25 clinical and administrative jobs.

The health insurance provider says it has seen dramatically increased demand for its clinics in the last year, with footfall increasing by 50 per cent and minor injuries the most commonly reported reasons for presenting to the clinics.
