Irish ‘soonicorn’ software automation firm raises $50m
Tines has also reported that annual recurring revenues have risen by more than 200 per cent since its last funding round in October 2022
Tines, the Irish software automation company, has raised an additional $50 million in an oversubscribed Series B extension round.
The news comes as the firm reported a huge rise in revenues since its last investment.
Founded by Eoin Hinchy and Thomas Kinsella in 2018, Tines has developed software that allows employees to automate workflows without needing technical skills. Doing this enables software engineers to focus on mission-critical tasks, rather than mundane ones.
Tines has regularly ranked in lists of European companies as a “soonicorn”, that is a firm that will likely hit a $1billion-plus valuation to become a tech unicorn.
