Colliers has been instructed to sell an investment site near Dublin Airport, which is set to lure a good deal of interest from long term investors.
This opportunity is being brought to the market by Niall Delmar of Colliers at a guide price of €2.75 million. The site is situated some 400 metres from Dublin airport lands and totals an area of about 1.8 acres and is currently zoned GE – General Employment.
