Investment in commercial property plunges to lowest level in a decade as valuations fall

Institutional investment in the Irish property market plummeted over the last year to its lowest level since the depths of the global financial crisis - as higher interest rates, rising vacancy levels and a collapse in demand drove a sharp correction in the commercial real estate market, new figures show.
