Ikea to pay Irish staff €14.80 per hour living wage, offer more flexibility

Ikea, the Swedish furniture retailer, will pay its Irish workers the €14.80 hourly living wage from January 2024 in a move that will impact around 500 of its 730 staff in Ireland. The business will also offer staff more flexible hours for exams or other life events.
