Cavan-based company said low trading volumes behind decision
Kingspan shareholders, by a huge majority, have backed a plan to drop its London Stock Exchange listing due to low share trading volumes.
Kingspan, led by chief executive Gene Murtagh, said in circular ahead of an Emergency General Meeting that less than 2 per cent of the average volume of trading in its stock in the 12 months to June had been conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
