Graham Dwyer loses appeal to overturn conviction for murder of Elaine O’Hara

Graham Dwyer will remain in prison to serve the remainder of his life sentence for the murder of Elain O’Hara after the Court of Appeal dismissed his attempt to overturn the conviction.

The three-judge court said it had not been persuaded that the trial was unfair or that the verdict was unsafe.
