Glenveagh to create 200 jobs as it opens new timber frame manufacturing facility in Carlow

Nua Manufacturing, a subsidiary business of the listed homebuilder, will produce more than 2,000 timber and steel frames from the state-of-the-art plant in Carlow town

Glenveagh, the listed homebuilder, has announced the creation of 200 new jobs in Co Carlow after it officially opened a new timber frame and steel frame manufacturing facility at the old Braun site in Carlow town.

The new facility, which will be operated by a subsidiary business of Glenveagh’s called Nua Manufacturing, will have capacity to produce 1,250 timber frames and 500 light gauge steel frames to be used for new homes annually.
