Glanbia acquires US-based Flavor Producers in deal worth up to $355 million
The bulk of the agreement will be an initial consideration, plus an additional payment dependent upon this year’s company performance
Glanbia has agreed to acquire US firm Flavor Producers for an initial consideration of $300 million, plus an up to $55 million deferred payment.
The level of the deferred payment will depend upon the performance of Flavor Producers this year.
The firm, led by chief executive Michael O’Neill, is based in California and supplies flavours and extracts to the food and beverage industries.
