Pat Doyle, the former chief executive of Peter McVerry Trust, has resigned from the government’s Housing Commission.

A spokeswoman for Darragh O’Brien, the Minister for Housing, confirmed that O’Brien was informed of Doyle’s resignation from the commission on Thursday evening and had accepted it.

A reason for Doyle’s resignation was not provided.
